I downloaded Red Orchestra 2 MP for free and haven’t played it much—just a few minutes. It’s still available online, though I’m not sure about its current status. The gameplay seems decent, but I’d recommend checking recent reviews to be sure.
It's still operational but you need to sift through many servers running automated scripts to locate ones with enough real users plus good response times. I really hope people would recognize that bots and MP aren't a sustainable way to maintain active server populations. Titanfall faced the same issue, and there have been some games in the past that made the same error with similar outcomes.
It's really enjoyable, especially since it offers a tougher, more intense shooting experience compared to what's commonly available.
