i'm currently pushing my 980 Ti overclock and achieved a boost of +400 on memory, reaching 4050mhz. The main issue remains crashing without lowering the core clock by -40, which brings it down to 1377mhz even without the memory overclock. At stock settings, I need to reduce the memory clock, which feels counterintuitive for maintaining stability. I've increased the power limit to 106 but haven't adjusted the core voltage yet. Temperatures between 76-77 can be managed by tweaking the fan curve. I'm using Unigine for testing and MSI Afterburner for the overclock. The PSU model isn't clear from the PSU, but it's likely a Corsair 600w unit. The CPU is an i5 9400f.

Certainly, I can attempt it using another power supply.

If you apply +350 (or another value) to the memory, it might eliminate the -40 core requirement.

there are no issues even when trading stocks, and it also causes an Ark crash game without it.

It seems the GPU is still experiencing crashes despite using standard core and memory clock settings. Simply overclocking won't help; you'll need to find a stable configuration first. Could be related to the power supply unit.

600w isn't sufficient for your needs, so consider a higher capacity power supply.

The chieftec was given as a gift to upgrade from a 10$ 500W power supply. It was an improvement, so I had to accept it because my R9 380 wouldn’t work with that PSU. I intend to purchase a 1080ti once the GPU situation stabilizes, and I’ll definitely replace the PSU then.
