I've noticed these errors occasionally (probably since updating my chipset drivers and adding Intel PCIe components through Device Manager).
I found the driver labeled "Intel® PCIe RC 060 (x4) G4".
Do you know what this could refer to? No crashes or problems, only occasional WHEA alerts.
System details: CPU 13900K, RAM 4 x Kingston Fury 16GB, GPU RTX 4090, Motherboard ASUS Prime Z690-P, 3 NVME SSDs on M2 and 1 HDD.
The WHEA warnings appear sometimes, possibly during idle or gaming, but no issues have arisen so far. I'm concerned about this new system.

I downloaded the updates from a specific source. Is your Windows version current?

I fixed the problem by disabling the motherboard's PCIE Native Power Management in the BIOS. No WHEA errors have occurred since.
