Okay I have this workstation for a while. Lenovo ThinkStation P320 Tiny with the following specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700T / 2.50GHz
GPU: Nvidia P600
RAM: 32GB
SSD: 512 GB
Windows 11
Today I completed all the parts for the eGPU I wanted to make for this mini pc. I ordered some PCI raiser from Aliexpress, a nice 500 power supply and decent RX 6500 XT graphics card. The raiser is X1 PCIe. When I tried to connect them all together today, I think that I saw a little spark in the x8 PCIe slot. It's native PCIe slot is x8 and there's an x16 adapter connected to it for it's P600 GPU. Now the problem is that when I connect it's power supply, the machine starts automatically without me pressing the power button, then the fan starts at max speed and is kinda noisy, no modules work, USB Wi-Fi Antenna, keyboard, mouse nothing. Also no signal on the TV where I have connected it using Mini DP to HDMI.
I tried every possible diagnosis I know, couldn't find where the issue is. Is it possible that the whole MB is screwed? Anything helps. Thanks.
PS: I can record the startup of the system if that helps.

While you're trying to understand the function of the parts, let's clarify the system status. Was the computer operating as expected? Or did it activate when you pressed the power button?

The PC was operating when I saw the spark, I attempted to take out the mini PCIe adapter while it was running, likely due to an error.

I would remove the power cord and, while unplugged, press the power switch for 20 seconds.
Also pull the motherboards and set them aside for about 10 minutes.
Tell us when you attempt to restart and what occurs.

Consider testing with only one stick of RAM, excluding hard drives, raiseers, and just the keyboard, monitor, and display.
I think the issue is similar to what you're experiencing, so I'll check the motherboard.

No RAM, no GPU, no SSD, still stays the same. As soon as I press the power button, the fan begins spinning at full speed and that's all, nothing further. We understand power reaches the motherboard, but there are no indications it's functioning properly.

Even in the used market, your mini PC isn’t inexpensive. It’s hard to say exactly what the impact of that electrical surge was on the motherboard or CPU. Your current market value for the damaged system makes it look like a financial loss. Whether you replace the whole unit or try to fix the motherboard, finding a BIOS chip on eBay is uncertain—no guarantee it will work even after restoring the system and setting up a PCI-E to GPU connection.
