Now that I power on or restart my PC (boot time around 10 seconds), only GeForce Experience, Samsung Magician and Windows Volume Start appear immediately upon logging in. Other programs load together after more than a minute, and I can't open Task Manager until then. This hasn't happened before. I'm using Windows 8.1 on an SSD.
