I just bought a new laptop and it can run most games on 60fps without a hassle but I have this weird shadow effect on moving objects and goes worst with high foliage but not all, I will list them:
Rust: players and animals
Reign of kings: everything
Conan exiles: weapons in 3rd person ( worst if the background is water)
fallout 4: weapon reloads and some other animations
(
video of the animation
)
and also a grid-like reflection on water and other shiny objects and corners.

it's frustrating because it should be butter smooth but it feels laggy, weird and choppy.
help me out!
my specs:
Laptop: MSI GL63 8RE-629
CPU: i7 8750H
GPU: GTX1060 6GB
Ram: 8x2 2666Mhz
storage: kingstone SSD 128GB / 1TB Seagate

That’s a really insightful way to break down the possibilities! It’s a good reminder that sometimes the issue isn't obvious and needs a bit of detective work. Thanks for sharing that perspective – it was helpful.
