Neither of you had the chipset drivers set up on your motherboard. Many overlook the need to install the genuine drivers instead of relying solely on Windows.
I used a USB 3.0 port instead of the chipset, and I'll try that next time.
I performed the action and it's occurring solely with the single account on the PC. I've set up two additional accounts, but the search remains accurate.
