Hello, I'm trying to assist you with your PC issues. It seems like it doesn't enter sleep mode properly—it shuts down your peripherals but leaves the computer on, and fans are still running. You mentioned switching back to Windows 10 because of some problems, but now you're stuck with Windows 11. Additionally, you noticed glitches when switching back, failed to install Ryzen Master, and HWMonitor didn't work as expected. Your desktop is frozen, making it hard to interact with. I understand this is frustrating, especially after dealing with similar problems before. Let's figure this out together!

never before went outside from 11 to 10, reinstalled windows completely fresh without saving files. yes, consider upgrading to a better hard drive like the Samsung EVO 850. also, clarify what "32gb ram" means—specify the model and quantity. is it a single unit or multiple modules? check if the BIOS and chipset drivers are fully updated. yes… there seems to be a corruption issue during installation. just a friendly note: avoid installing this POS, it’s really problematic.

I reinstalled W11 once, but the problem returned, so I assumed it was Windows-related and went back to Windows 10. Is that correct? My P3 Plus is three months old—could this be the cause? It’s a 2x16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 5200MHz kit, and I haven’t updated the BIOS since then. Should I? I didn’t realize that! Thanks for your help!

Certainly. As mentioned, opt for a Samsung Evo. Absolutely crucial, particularly for new setups since MOSI often comes with outdated, like beta BIOS versions. The AMD chipset driver is also essential. Make sure to update everything, possibly upgrade your hard drive, and reinstall Windows completely without any remnants. Then start with default RAM settings and run it without XMP/EXPO until stability is confirmed. Only then consider enabling XMP/EXPO. It could work, but it usually introduces more issues than benefits, particularly concerning BIOS and overall reliability.
