I recently upgraded my 8700k and encountered some unusual problems. For instance, when I increased the clock speed to 4.8Ghz and adjusted the voltage to 1.3V, testing with Prime95, Cinebench, Aida64 3D Mark, everything functioned smoothly. However, after shutting down my PC and waiting about ten minutes before trying to boot, it would not start immediately. I could either press the reset button and it would boot without issues or wait a long time until Windows loaded. This issue also happened at different speeds and voltages. Once I turned off the overclock, everything worked perfectly.

CPU: Intel 8700k
Motherboard: MSI Godlike Gaming Z370
RAM: Trident Z RGB 16GB Gskill 3200Mhz
GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080Ti Extreme Edition
PSU: bequiet Dark Power Pro 11 750W

All the stress testing programs you tried were just artificial tests, meaning they don't reflect how your PC will behave during actual tasks. Some overclocked chips may pass these tests but could fail right away in real-world situations.

I understand that, but I've never encountered someone facing the same problem with overclocking. It either won't start at all or shows a blue screen after testing. I also attempted to create a video and use the PC for gaming and regular browsing, but nothing happens there. It's just the system shutting down and restarting after a few minutes. I'm struggling to find a solution =(
