Someone recently stopped using a Clevo Notebook W370SS and it won’t power on. I took out the battery and tried to use it directly from the wall. When I connect the charger, the charging light comes on but the laptop doesn’t. An odd occurrence is that touching the ports (VGA, USB, etc.) or other buttons causes a shock. Even when the battery isn’t inside and not connected to the charger, it still gives off a jolt.
