Explaining it's tough but my computer often freezes completely, no matter what I do. It seems to pause for a second, then the keyboard appears first, followed by the monitor, and soon after the mouse returns. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing this issue without assuming it's the GPU or CPU, since I can't afford to replace either. The attached video shows this happening around 5 seconds left or at the 0:10 mark, but Reddit isn't very useful here.
