Consider using just one card. If it doesn’t work, try the other one—it might indicate a problem with your card. Also, remove all Nvidia drivers via DDU and reinstall the newest ones. Have you tested any other games yet? Does this issue only appear while playing GTA V?

I own a huge collection of games, and playing Crysis 3 at maximum settings on 4K actually reduces the lag.
