Weird glitch on my desktop any help?
I’ve experienced this strange problem on Windows for a few months now, and it’s getting worse lately whenever I click on the taskbar or open system settings—it causes the cursor to drop down. I shared a video to explain what’s happening. The only solution I’ve found so far is to restart my computer, but I need to understand why this keeps happening to me so I can prevent it permanently.
