My CPU fluctuates from 60 to 70-75 in spikes which looks unusual. Also, it seems high given I have an AIO cooler (nzxt kraken x62). Is the clock speed shown in the Intel tune utility correct? Because I don't recall overclocking even though I'd like to. (shows 4.3ghz, base is 3.7). My CPU is an I7 8700K. A picture of the temperature graph: https://imgur.com/a/O0UB6

The CPU increases its speed when required, making the base clock 3.7 and boost 4.3 accurate. Temperatures are fairly high, possibly due to a warmer room; using CoreTemp can confirm the actual CPU temperature.
