Hi. My Aukey PC LM1E Wecam is about three months old. I usually use Streamlabs for color correction or to make it look nicer, but I haven’t faced a completely different problem. Recently, while trying to do a video call on Discord with a friend, my camera wouldn’t appear. Instead of the usual feed, I saw just “Streamlabs virtual webcam” and my old unplugged Microsoft webcam, which wasn’t connected at all. I checked everything—drivers, USB connection, hidden devices—but it still didn’t work. After searching online, reinstalling drivers and testing the USB didn’t help. Eventually, I noticed in hidden devices the camera was listed as an audio source, and when I used the microphone it worked perfectly. Once I connected it to my laptop, the webcam functioned without issues. The system is running Windows 11 Insider preview, RTX 3060 Ti, Ryzen 7 5700G, M.2 B550-A PRO.
