We are dealing with three PCs here. My wife's setup is outdated enough to require a significant upgrade, while my own machine supports the TV via a cable card tuner and uses Hauppage for live streaming. There’s no confirmation from Hauppage about compatibility with Windows 11 yet, and I’ve already adjusted it myself. My system runs a Pentium G6600, which is recent enough to handle Windows 11, and since I use Microsoft Edge for most browsing, I’m hopeful it will work too (though I’m not sure). My workstation is about 18 months old, and the only changes needed are BIOS tweaks for secure boot and Intel PTT. However, I need confirmation that additional programs will function smoothly on Windows 11. It seems unlikely I’ll upgrade until next year.

None of your devices can work with this e-waste converter, therefore the result is no.

With TPM and SecureBoot enabled, you can still add it. However, you won’t get any further updates. Microsoft might prevent some releases because of compatibility problems, but as long as your processor is recent, you should be fine soon. I can’t foresee the future, so there’s a chance something could go wrong. It doesn’t sound like a big risk if you’re not planning to recycle it.

Despite numerous people inside likely covering the new tax already, there might still be insufficient checks for all the issues.

They likely had insiders developing Windows 11, identifying numerous issues over several months, which contributed to a more stable final release.
