I've been attempting to push my desktop beyond certain limits and boosting vCore past 1.355 or frequency above 4.6GHz will trigger one of two issues: a clock watchdog timeout or a stuck thread driver. Does this indicate I've hit my stable maximum overclock or is it the MOBO or PSU that can't support more power?

I understand that a 0.1 or 0.3 GHz increase won’t have much impact, but I still want to identify my true bottleneck.
😛
Thanks
