Hello, yes you can connect your gaming PC to your TV wirelessly. Since the distance is around 30 meters, consider using a dedicated wireless adapter or a USB-to-Ethernet converter. Nvidia Shield supports wireless streaming but may require setup for optimal performance.

A Steam Link device paired with a shield or Apple TV would likely function well. Best results occur when both gadgets connect through Ethernet, though the PC should be included as well.

Several options are available. For instance, with an Nvidia GPU and a smart TV, you might be able to run Moonlight and use Nvidia Game Stream within GeForce Experience to send content to the display. If installation isn’t possible, a Shield can still function effectively. Indeed, my $50 Chromecast with GoogleTV supports installing the Moonlight app and streaming games smoothly. Back when I played my first Witcher 3 on the couch in the living room, I used a Steamlink for the experience.

Certain smart TVs support the Steam Link app, enabling your PC to stream games over your network. When the connection is wireless, the key factor is proximity—your Wi-Fi router should be within a reasonable range for a stable 5 GHz link (typically under 30 feet). For a reliable experience, avoid using 2.4 GHz unless necessary. If both your PC and TV have wireless capabilities, expect increased latency. The acceptable level of delay depends on the games you play, your network setup, and how much you’re willing to tolerate.

I attempted to set up Moonlight on my LG C8, but connecting the controller to the TV remains a challenge. There might be a method or workaround you can try.

I’m familiar mainly with connecting BT controllers to LG C2 models. I could search online using the TV type to find more details.
