The port really matters to me because I’m worried about playing at terrible frame rates again after my Xbox experience. I’m hoping we’ll succeed since this is one of the biggest PC releases ever, which makes sense. We should all wish Rockstar had learned from GTA IV!

I found something on YouTube... uncertain about its authenticity, but looks to transfer well (seems limited to 60 with 280X).

I don't back that idea. Putting a game on hold for nearly two years on PC and a while on modern consoles seems unlikely. Probably they didn’t finish polishing the graphics when it launched on older systems like the Xbox 360 and PS3.
