Hi, here are your specs: CPU – intel core i7 13700k, GPU – ASUS rog strix 3080ti, PSU – Cooler Master V750 SFX Gold Rev.2, MOBO – ASUS rog strix b660-i, SSD – samsung nvme 970. I attempted to play GTA 5 this week but it keeps freezing and stuttering. I’ve adjusted graphics settings and reinstalled the game without success. Could anyone else face a similar issue or suggest a fix? GTA 20240114.mp4 attached.

Try different games to check if the issue persists, possibly indicating a problem with GTA or a cracked version.

It seems GTA 5 has a built-in FPS limit that causes stuttering when you reach high frame rates. Adjusting the fixed frame rate in the NVIDIA control panel to 144Hz resolved the problem.
