You're experiencing performance issues with the game at 3770k RAM and 290GB storage. To improve stability, consider lowering graphics settings and disabling unnecessary features. Reduce texture quality, lower shadow detail, and turn off anti-aliasing if it's not needed. Avoid high refresh rates unless essential, and close background apps to free up resources. Check for any recent updates or patches from Ubisoft that might address these issues.

Game performance is poor. I'm struggling to maintain 60 FPS with my two 770 units (4GB each).

Everything I understand suggests they pushed the game to be extremely difficult on ultra settings, aiming for 60FPS on PCs. Just uninstall it and ask for a refund.

It's not the parts, it's a poorly optimized game. Forget Ubisoft.

I have identical specifications as you mentioned. I didn't purchase the game due to numerous complaints about stuttering. Most users reported issues even on SLI Titans. I saw a friend play it on a 280x display with low resolution (1440x900) and still experienced stuttering. His system handled Crysis 3 fine, but it seemed like a poor choice for NVIDIA and AMD users alike.

Reduce the standard. Lower the grade. Make it simpler.

I plan to test this in a few days, I’ll have to be patient with the PlayStation 1 graphics of the game. It’s frustrating—my FPS can reach 150, moving the mouse drops it to 45, and I’m using a 1440x900 monitor. Skip 1080p for now.
