It’s not worth playing—it’s just poor storytelling and flimsy characters. You’ll only get it running on dual-core processors if you pirate it, similar to Far Cry 4, making it a risky choice.

I appreciate how the pirates perform better than the industry. You can play it at 720p with the lowest settings. If you manage to run The Division on an A8 and an R7 360, you can too.

Consider trying a different setup. If GTA 5 struggles a lot, the performance in Watch Dogs 2 will likely suffer even more.

He runs the division well on his PC at 720p with around 40-50 fps. I didn’t verify the settings, but it seems to work. He enjoyed playing The Division because he also likes FPS games. GTA IV feels too realistic and might not be as fun for him.

He seems to be a tiny kid, isn't he? Perhaps those hack'n-slash titles work well for him. DarkSiders 2 looks okay and should function properly on his system.

To fully appreciate Watch Dogs 2, treat it as a level-based puzzle experience akin to Hitman rather than a traditional story-driven game. The challenges arise from limited weapons, making you depend heavily on the RC car and drone for completing tasks.
