I wouldn't use the H60, it doesn't cool well and you could save half the cost with a good air cooler.

I wouldn't use the H60 because it doesn't cool well and you can save half the cost with a decent air cooler.
I must disagree, I've used the h60 on some projects and it works very well, significantly outperforming most air coolers in my opinion.
