Hi, I'm facing a problem where my CPU slows from 4.3GHz to 3.7GHz when I play Warzone. It happens right after launching the game and resets when I close it. I also noticed frames dropping below 100 FPS, and after using Riva Tuner the clock speed doesn't match what I expect. When I open Intel XTU, it shows a power limit throttling warning. My setup includes an i5-9600K processor, 16GB DDR4 memory, Gigabyte Z390 motherboard, and a 650W PSU. I've tried other games but only this one causes the issue. I'm unsure why this is happening and would appreciate any advice or help.

Verify your BIOS settings for a power limiter feature and turn it off.

I tried and it failed, but now the game stops adjusting my CPU usage. Just randomly paused the CPU clock without any input, which is strange.
