I own an Asus Strix 1080ti with an i7-8700k overclocked to 5GHz and 16GB of 3200MHz RAM. There have been no cooling issues at all. The CPU consistently stays below 60°C while the GPU remains under 70°C. Recently in Warzone, I managed around 55 FPS despite lowering settings to their minimum. V-sync is off, FPS matches my monitor’s refresh rate, and I’ve even reinstalled the game after a driver update without improvement. When launching GTA V on high settings, I see over 100 FPS. It’s puzzling—I’m not sure what’s causing the drop. Any suggestions?

It seems you didn't understand how the fix worked, but simply reinserted your GPU into the PCIe slot restored performance to 100 FPS. The reason GTA wasn't impacted is unclear to you.
