Warzone Bottleneck?
Hey there! I checked out a Warzone benchmark with an RTX 2080 Super and a Ryzen 5 3600 in stock settings. It averaged around 165-180fps, which matches what I saw. I also noticed it sometimes hits over 200fps, but I haven’t reached that yet. Another test used an i9-9900K with the same GPU, getting about 220fps on average—definitely better than 3700x. Regarding RAM, upgrading to a G.Skill Trident Z 3600 at 3200MHz CL16 sounds promising, but I wasn’t sure if it’d be worth it for my setup. My current build includes an RTX 2080 Super, Ryzen 5 3600, Wraith Prism cooler, and 2x8GB of 3600MHz RAM. What do you think?
Many benchmarks are presented as "simulated performance" online. Be cautious of channels that don't show the hardware on camera. If you're seeing a solid average FPS, it's fine—especially with a 144Hz or 165Hz monitor since those rates exceed typical refresh limits. Edited October 26, 2020 by Fasauceome
Your display model is Optix Mag241Cr and you believe it supports freeSync, not G-SYNC.
