Allowing DOCP doesn't cancel the warranty. It would be absurd for AMD to do that, since Ryzen relies on the OC for RAM. Running at JEDEC would reduce performance by roughly 30-40%.

It was tough to get it to function at 2400 MT/s, let alone 3200—it only worked in a particular slot, and moving it without adjusting settings caused the problem to return. Currently, it refuses to respond in any configuration.

It appears unusual that its performance declined as you went along. It seems unlikely any adjustments caused physical damage, and the changes were modest (just a cautious tweak to the supply voltage). Worth testing while you wait.

Switching from 2 sticks to 4 alters many internal timing settings. Solutions that work well for 2 sticks may not be ideal for 4. It’s better to reset the CMOS and begin anew.

Reassembled the components and attempted the test last night. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. At this stage, I’m leaning toward accepting a suggestion a friend made—something basic might be off. AMD has since provided more information. Good luck!

Start by ignoring any mention of CPU warranty details. Avoid referencing DOCP or XMP since they won't verify usage. This prevents them from using it as an excuse to deny the warranty. If they refuse, give it another try later. You might eventually get a different representative who will process your claim. It's frustrating, but that's the usual situation.
