Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, I've already tried everything and it didn't work. I've put a lot of thought into this, but I'm planning to wait until the issue is fixed before attempting again.

Same for me with ASUS X570 Pro WIFI paired with Intel I225-V. It even freezes my whole system when uploading large files to Google Drive (100GB+), forcing a hard reset. On Steam, download speeds are roughly 20-30MB/s over a Gigabit connection. Fixed it by purchasing a TRENDnet PCIe card (Realtek 2.5G chipset) from Amazon. Now Steam downloads reach about 80-90MB/s.
