Here’s a clearer version:
My setup includes an i5 9400f, GTX 1660, 6GB and 8GB RAM. I’m not experiencing lag even at low settings, which is unusual. Other players with simpler configurations can play without issues. Could this be a server or network issue? I’ve been getting around 75 FPS, but the lag still feels excessive.

Your current ping is around 32, though your connection can go up to 1000. If you're playing with others, it's possible the game feels slow due to poor network performance.
