i've been looking around and the laptop I think fits best is the asus pro art px13 with the ryzen ai 9 hx 380 and 4070 32 gb ram, plus 2 tb storage.

i really need something that combines a 2 in 1 design with dedicated graphics, or at least a touch screen. is this a good value for the price? am i missing a better option?
i plan to use it for college, handling tasks from word processing to photo editing and premier pro, plus gaming in my free time.
my budget is around 2000 gbp.
