After dreaming of building my own computer for 12 years out of my 20 years of life.
I've only bought the GPU as of now since I'm waiting for sales for some parts, and the 5070 TI I got was 40€ more than a 9070 XT, which was a total of 800€ for the 5070 TI, however, every recent benchmark I see the 9070 XT is outperforming it, I haven't even used the GPU to play anything and I feel Like I made the wrong choice by getting a 5070 TI

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Avoid buyer's remorse—your purchase was worth it. You should have prepared adequately for a complete build and bought components together, ideally later this year when sales are available.
I made the error of purchasing parts over an extended period for one build, only to find that the items ended up depreciated, unused in any form.
I hope Nvidia's driver division is resolved and you've assembled a well-balanced system to match the RTX 5070Ti. Speaking of balanced systems... what tasks or games do you plan to challenge your system/GPU with? Resolution and refresh rate?

It wont really be a long time span, just waiting for black friday in november, from what I've seen AMD GPU don't really go on sale during black friday so I decided to snag the 5070 TI now since the price will be the same during black friday.
for the other pairings, I'll send the PCpart picker list here
https://pt.pcpartpicker.com/list/jxhg6Q
mostly looking at 1080p 60 maybe 120 fps.
Not looking at 1440p currently
forgot to mention, but I have the money for the full build, just waiting to see if sales hit the parts I'm looking at

1080p on an RX 9070 XT/RTX 5070 Ti is overkill. They are great 1440p cards. Pertaining to your PCPP link, there's room to streamline the build but that's another thread topic for the forums.
