I noticed the MSI MAG Z490 has a 2 m² slot. I’m not sure if both NVMe drives are included or if they work the same way. It might be better to choose one type over the other depending on your needs.

Both slots accommodate Gen 3 x4 M.2 drives. They will function identically. The board allows NVMe installation, meaning any PCIe NVMe drive can be used.
