I followed his advice and waited at least a month before enabling the XMP profile. This allowed the memory to adjust to its default settings. No issues arose. Thank you!

Settings are adjusted once the initial POST completes. Activate the XMP profile and proceed with your regular activities. If something goes wrong, you'll notice. Otherwise, everything runs smoothly.

Circuit boards aren't designed with "used-up" adjustments, they don't have an XMP setting.
