In W7 the process allows moving files into folders like sample.png, and if a file with the same name exists, you can edit it to sample(2).png. In W10 there are only three limited choices, which seems confusing. When you choose "skip this file," the application still experiences delays. This happens even when you skip an action unexpectedly.

Compare the files, mark both as checked. Continue? It'll paste the file, renaming it to "xxxx (x)". This dialog appears only when pasted elsewhere. If copied from same spot, it won't show. Windows auto-renames first copy to "xxxxx - Copy" and second to "xxxxx - Copy (x)".
