W10 or W7?
The upgrade performed well for a couple of months before a driver caused the system to lock up completely. I couldn't reach safe mode, even with a bluescreen. Eventually, I had to perform a clean install. I'm just taking extra precautions now. However, it's possible my Windows 7 was affected by the faulty Corsair PSU that was cycling on and off. That might have caused background corruption before the upgrade. The upgrade itself is functioning properly now.
