The build is running smoothly, like a jet engine preparing for takeoff. The sound remains steady regardless of workload or activity. Temperatures stayed consistent, CPU between 33°C and 47°C, GPU around 70-75°C. The noise appears to come from the processor base on the motherboard and the AIO connection. After removing fans, power cables, and testing different components, the issue shifted to the processor’s AIO area. The video you shared shows what I heard. Could this be a manufacturing defect or another problem?

Verify all AIO connections: pump connector linked to pump header on MB, fans attached to CPU FAN headers. Also review BIOS fan configurations—possibly setting fixed pump speed at 100%.

Your bios has been refreshed and the CPU junction is configured properly. The max default was around 110°C, which should be adjusted to 86°C or below. Despite this, my Cinebench results at 5GHz/110°C peak were extremely strong.

It seems like the video might be showing the pump in action, but I'm not an expert on AIO systems. I usually don’t need to fix them myself. Make sure all AIO cables are connected as per the manual. Did you attach the pump USB cable? If yes, try installing Corsair iCUE software and check the pump speed. Also, look at your CPU temperatures using HWMonitor—there might be a faulty AIO.

Thanks for your feedback. The issue seems to be with the VRM/MOS fan, which keeps spinning at 12,000 RPM despite attempts to adjust settings. I updated the BIOS to version E7C7IMS.120 via flashing and even tried reverting to earlier versions to test improvements. All fan-related options—speed changes, Smart Fan mode, full speed adjustments—didn't alter its behavior. Manually tweaking the graph didn't help either. Dragon Center showed the fan at 12,000 RPM without any controls. The ambient temperature stayed comfortable at around 30°C, but the noise level was quite high. I've attached my BIOS configuration for reference.
