i have upgraded my system with an i5 8600k processor, delid cooling, and a 1.255v cooler. I'm using a h400i GPU from Gigabyte GAMING OC WHITE V2 2060 Super PSU, along with Corsair RM750X RAM at 3200mhz. My motherboard is an MSI Z370M with a 1TB NVMe SSD and a WD Blue OS drive. I have a 500GB M.2 SSD for gaming. CPU temperatures have dropped significantly—now staying below 75°C in P95 at 4.8GHz. The 1.255v cooler works well in games, passing CineR20 tests. It handles up to 70°C max but throttles above 1.29-1.3GHz and pushes VRM temps to around 80°C. I’m unsure how to resolve this issue. Could a higher voltage setting help improve stability on the P95 benchmark?

The cooler on the left of the CPU is exposed without a fan, blowing straight at the board. A size around 60mm could fit better. You're noticing reduced airflow from tower coolers or liquid cooling setups. The original stock fan directs air away, usually cooling that spot. After upgrading, the air movement has been removed, causing the air to pass over the board instead of landing on it.
You're seeing throttling because the fan is being controlled by the VRM limits. To raise the power limit, check the MSI BIOS settings and look for options related to power scaling or thermal management. The links you shared appear to be screenshots of BIOS interfaces—search for "unlimited power limit" in your BIOS menu to find the correct settings.
