Hello,
I have a system with a Ryzen 3 2200G and 2x4GB DDR4 2666 RAM (running iGame on the integrated graphics). I found out that you can't harm your CPU by overclocking if you don't change the voltage. But what about the VRAM (APU)?
1) Can increasing VRAM without changing voltage damage the APU?
2) What actually happens when you boost VRAM?
Please let me know.
Thank you very much.

There isn't any special VRAM dedicated to an APU. It relies on system RAM for everything. Therefore, boosting your system memory through overclocking is the most effective method to enhance performance.
