I've upgraded to a 6900XT and recently switched from a 2070S. My 2070S worked well with VR, but now after rearranging all my parts in the new build, VR for the first time with Quest 2 connected to my PC feels okay in terms of performance, but I notice some strange glitches when I look around. I'm unsure if it's an AMD GPU issue, NVIDIA handling VR better, or maybe the cable problem. I'm frustrated because I love VR and want to share a short video whenever possible, but right now I'm not sure what’s causing it.

It refers to altering the arrangement of all your parts, which could influence the outcome in this situation.

It might matter. I don’t see it right now. This clip probably needs to be used.

I've tried recording gameplay, but the strange issue doesn't appear in SteamVR preview. It also doesn't happen when I'm using normal Oculus Home. I've checked the airlink and virtual desktop connections—they seem fine. Testing with two different USB cables at the front ports of my case works perfectly, yet the problem only shows up when using a cable. That's unusual since the cable setup worked before. Could it be that the USB ports on my monitor are damaged or misconfigured? Or is there an issue with the linking settings I'm using? I'm not sure about the exact cause.

The issue seems to involve noticeable lag or visual artifacts. It might be related to performance hiccups or unexpected glitches. A clearer verbal explanation could help pinpoint the cause. Multiple attempts are possible, and we’ll work through it together.

A video captured the glitching using a phone camera, showing a short clip of the issue. Hopefully, it will assist others!

You're observing a lot of blurring and distorted edges in the image. It could be a technical issue with the display, rendering, or network connection. Check your settings and try again. If the problem persists, it might be related to the source material or server.

The effect is okay via my phone camera, but the quick flashes and rapid changes in the video are the glitches. I can attempt to slow it down and resend.
