I have one router and two mesh routers at home. For work, I use VPN. When connected to the regular router with my laptop, VPN works fine. With a mesh router over Ethernet, VPN also functions. But on my Wi-Fi-connected MASH router, VPN fails—only my iPad works normally. How can I resolve this?

They might have a setting in the web-accessible firmware that prevents VPN connections by default. Your iPad could be using different protocols to work around this, while your laptop isn’t. Can you tell me how to reach your firmware? Connect your laptop via Ethernet to one of the mesh routers; there should be a label indicating the default IP address and login details. If the label doesn’t match, let me know. The default IP might have been updated.
