It seems the audio on Discord is unusually quiet during calls, especially with this headset. The issue appears only on the PC version and not on other devices or browsers. After trying to remove and reinstall the app, it hasn’t improved. Consider checking your microphone settings or contacting Discord support for further assistance.

The Arctis 1 supports two audio outputs. Your Arctis 7 includes "Game" and "Chat" audio outputs, allowing you to control Discord volume independently of game volume.
