Only 6 GB can be reduced on the C drive, leaving 90 GB available.
Shrinking the drive shows an error: "the parameter is incorrect."

The process will take some time. After adjusting the size to 60000(60GB), the flashing under your command appears. You can run games on that partition you're trying to shrink.
