Hello! We've checked everything possible about microphone settings that would automatically adjust volume. On Windows and Discord, we set the mic to 100% so the person's voice comes through clearly during gameplay. When we change it to around 50%, they're not heard until they turn it back up. This keeps happening during gameplay, and it seems like the exclusive mode on our headset earphones is disabling the mic controls. No clear solutions found yet—what else could we try?
