I observed my RAM operating at 2133 MHz, though the actual frequency is 3200 MHz. My CPU and motherboard support 3200 MHz, but the board requires overclocking to reach that speed. I changed the voltage from 1.20V to 1.36V. I haven’t checked the motherboard temperatures before, so in my monitoring tool all readings looked normal except for one sensor showing around 74°C during gaming. I’m unsure if that’s a normal temperature or unusually high, since only one sensor reported it.

Typically a VRM temperature is normal. RAM temperature isn't a concern even at voltages as low as 1.35V... it's not a problem. Several high-end DDR4 modules operate between 1.45V and 1.55V.

I confirmed with OCCT that the peak temperature was from the CPU, which is within acceptable limits. The VRM recorded a higher temperature but remained around 60°C, not reaching 70°C. Appreciate your clarification.
