If the temperature stays under load, it should be fine. My i5 4670k at 4.2ghz needs about 1.23 volts on the air cooler (Hyper 212evo). The max temps are 78°C on one core, with a 74°C limit if I use just one. With a CM H100i GTX pushing it to 4.4-4.6ghz at higher speeds, is it safe?
