In short, after relocating internal components into a new case, the PC restarted and the BIOS reported high voltage readings: Core Voltage at 2.7V, +12V at 16.677V, +5V at 6.948V, and +3.3V at 5.559V. I didn’t overclock the CPU. Any advice would be welcome—feel free to share more details if needed.

The voltage measurement part of the motherboard seems faulty. Those readings would shut down the system right away, which means the data isn’t reliable. Try reaching out to the motherboard manufacturer’s support for advice.
