I am a handicapped individual and also a graphic designer. My hand movements are very limited, so I rely on a specialized mouse and an on-screen keyboard for my work. Since only one finger is active, I cannot use the right-click function directly; instead, I depend on software to handle that. For most tasks—such as typing, copying, pasting, undoing—I must use the screen keyboard. When working on large projects, especially those involving copy-paste, these actions become very time-consuming through the on-screen keyboard... This causes a lot of frustration.

I am searching for software that can activate voice commands to trigger these keyboard actions. For example, if I say "copy," the system should simulate pressing the 'Ctrl' and 'C' keys. The same applies to paste, undo, and other functions. I think such a tool is available, and I would greatly appreciate someone introducing it to me. This would be an invaluable help... Thank you!
(I wrote everything using the screen keyboard...

There is an option in Windows built into the support page you shared. You can type: Press keyboard key; press A; press capital B; press Shift plus A; press Ctrl plus A. This feature is available in Windows 10 for speech recognition and dictation, as detailed on TechRepublic.
