Which external microphone are you referring to? Does it function outside of Discord? Is it set as your primary audio device in Windows Sound settings, or is it used on another operating system?

The tool functions universally except for CSGO. Default communication settings are active, and all other communication devices are turned off. Running on Windows.

Sure, I've looked into it. Reinstalling Synapse can sometimes help resolve issues. Have you given it a try?
