Can you find a method to set up a virtual machine that appears mobile-friendly for laptops and tablets on a desktop system?

They mentioned needing an emulator since mobile and tablet systems have different architectures.

You can add Android, but it might not identify it as a mobile device. I'm not entirely confident.

It seems you're looking for an explanation rather than a detailed procedure. I can describe the process in simpler terms if that helps.

You've already tried, but Play Store isn't allowing downloads...

Imitating a laptop has no effect unless it refers to macOS and similar systems.

To mimic an x86 laptop, the main change lies in the custom I/O hardware (which behaves similarly but differs electrically) and the presence of a battery. Emulating an ARM platform becomes more challenging.
