Sure, thank you. However, I think dual eight-core xeons aren't necessary. Quad-core options work just as well. I prefer VMware, particularly with vSphere. Most free choices lack sufficient capabilities, but I might be able to locate more affordable solutions.
Need control over several VPS instances remotely. You should also have tools to structure them and perform backups. Additionally, managing security settings from a distance is important.
I wasn't sure what was required. Your explanation wasn't very clear. Quad-core processors are fine, but I thought they might help with longevity.
